• Acquisition of 64.26% stake in Kronox Lab Sciences completed on September 29. • Erstwhile promoters retain 9.95% stake; new Board constituted with three executive and three independent directors. • Suresh Kalra appointed MD & CEO and Shashikant Bharuka appointed CFO at Kronox. • Kronox Lab Sciences manufactures high-purity speciality fine chemicals. • Kronox reported FY2026 revenue of approx. INR 101 crore and PAT of approx. INR 28 crore.
