• Mr. Avijeet Kumar re-appointed as Director liable to retire by rotation. • Mr. Brajesh Vyas regularised as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. • Mr. Avijeet Kumar re-appointed as Managing Director for a further term of five years. • All appointments confirmed following shareholders' approval at the 7th AGM held on September 29, 2026. • Both directors are not debarred from holding office by virtue of any SEBI order.
