• The company recorded bookings of 525 units in Q2 FY'27. • Successfully completed the conversion of 222 units out of a total of 280 units in Ashiana OMA, Jaipur, Phase 1 & Phase 2. • Handover commenced for Ashiana Amarah, Gurugram Phase 1 and Ashiana Anmol, Gurugram, Phase 3 during Q2 FY'27. • Area Booked (in lakhs sq. ft.): 1.77 for September 2026, 9.46 for Q2 FY 2027, and 13.07 YTM September 2026. • Value of Area Booked (INR in Crores): 166.70 for September 2026, 834.40 for Q2 FY 2027, and 1,192.04 YTM September 2026.
