ONE POINT ONE SOLUTIONS LIMITED : STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY SHARES OF ONE POINT ONE TECHNOLOGY LABS PRIVATE LIMITED

• One Point One Solutions Limited subscribed to 74,480 equity shares of its subsidiary, One Point One Technology Labs Private Limited ("OPO Tech Lab"). • The shares were acquired at an issue price of INR 3,467.10/- per share, aggregating to INR 25,82,29,608/-. • The consideration was in the form of extinguishment of outstanding liability owed by the Subsidiary to the Company. • OPOSL's holding in OPO Tech Lab increased from 60.00% to 62.75% (an increase of 2.75%).
