• Board approves appointment of Mr. Mayank Vijay as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective October 1, 2026. • Appointment made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • Mr. Vijay holds a Bachelor of Technology degree and joined the company in August 2017. • He has held various positions in the Technical Department, most recently as Head of Department - Technical since September 2, 2025. • Disclosure required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations is enclosed as Annexure-I. • Mr. Vijay is not related to any Directors of the Company.
