V-MART RETAIL LTD. ANNOUNCES Q2 FY27 BUSINESS UPDATE

• Total revenue from operations for Q2 FY27 stood at ₹953 Cr, an 18% year-on-year growth. • Same store sales growth (SSSG) was 3% for the quarter, with V-Mart at 2% and Unlimited at 11%. • Festive timing shifts impacted SSSG, which would have been 11% otherwise. • Year-to-date (YTD) FY27 revenue grew 21% to ₹2,042 Cr. • YTD FY27 SSSG stood at 6% for the six months, with V-Mart at 5% and Unlimited at 12%. • The company opened 23 stores and closed 1 store in the quarter, bringing the total portfolio to 613 stores.
