ADVANCE AGROLIFE LIMITED : RECEIVES SHOW CAUSE NOTICE FOR RS 3.23 CR GST DEMAND

• The Company has received a Show Cause Notice dated 30th September 2026 from the State Goods and Services Tax Department, Government of Rajasthan, alleging short payment of GST for FY 2022-23. • The notice proposes recovery of tax, interest, and penalty amounting to approximately ₹3.23 Crores. • This includes a proposed GST demand of ₹1.84 Crores, interest of ₹1.20 Crores, and penalty of ₹18.53 Lakhs. • The Company is in the process of filing a reply and responding to the notice within the stipulated time.
