BONLON : LISTING APPROVAL RECEIVED FOR PROMOTER RECLASSIFICATION

• National Stock Exchange of India Limited has granted approval for the reclassification of B.C. Power Controls Limited from promoter group to public shareholder. • The approval is in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • The reclassification follows an application submitted by the company on July 4, 2026.
