• Meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of Fratelli Vineyards Limited to be held on Thursday, October 07, 2026. • The committee will consider the Issue Price, Entitlement Ratio and other modalities related to the Rights Issue. • This is in continuation to the Board meeting held on October 01, 2026, approving a Rights Issue of Partly paid-up Equity shares for an amount not exceeding Rs. 30 Crores. • The Rights Issue is of Equity shares having face value of Rs.10/- each to eligible Equity Shareholders. • Subject to receipt of in-principle approval from stock exchanges and other regulatory approvals.
