• Jubilant Advanced Electronics Limited ("WOS") incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary for Zettaone Acquisition. • The acquisition of a 40% strategic equity stake in Zettaone Technologies India Private Limited will be undertaken through WOS. • The incorporation of WOS is in furtherance of the company's Pinnacle Growth Strategy and aims to strengthen its presence in the EDMS sector. • The proposed investment through WOS is expected to provide operational flexibility and strategic focus.
