JSW ENERGY : NCLT SANCTIONS SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT
• The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement between GE Power India Limited and JSW Energy Limited. • A certified copy of the Sanction Order is awaited. • The company will inform the stock exchanges of the Effective Date in due course.
