GE POWER INDIA LTD : SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT SANCTIONED BY NCLT
• Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement between GE Power India Limited and JSW Energy Limited. • The Sanction Order was passed by the Hon'ble NCLT on 01 October 2026. • The Scheme was previously approved by the Board of Directors and subsequently by the shareholders and creditors of the company. • A certified true copy of the Sanction Order is awaited. • The company will intimate the Effective Date and Record Date in due course.
