• Additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), IREDA, assigned to Dr. Bijay Kumar Mohanty, Director (Finance), has been extended for a further period of 3 (Three) months w.e.f., October 01, 2026. • Extension is also till the appointment of a regular incumbent, or until further orders, whichever is earliest. • The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy conveyed the approval of Appointments Committee of the Cabinet. • This is in reference to the earlier letter dated July 01, 2026. • The information is to be taken on record under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
