NILA INFRASTRUCTURES : EXPANDS AHMEDABAD SLUM PROJECT
• Company received intimation from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) on 01-10-2026 for amendment of slum rehabilitation project "Kajimiya ni Chali" • Project originally awarded for development of 728 housing units and 25 commercial shops, with total development cost of ₹105.02 Cr • Company to receive Transferable Development Rights (TDR) of ₹56.51 Cr and balance free sale land of ₹48.51 Cr • Work amended by AMC: company to receive reduced free sale land admeasuring 2290 sq. mtrs. of ₹26.39 Cr instead of 4209.61 sq. mtrs. of ₹48.51 Cr • This is in lieu of additional TDR of ₹22.12 Cr, increasing total TDR to ₹78.63 Cr
