• Received directions from Dispute Resolution Panel-2 (DRP), New Delhi under Section 144C(5) of the Income-tax Act, 1961. • The directions are in connection with transfer pricing adjustments for Assessment Year 2023-24. • DRP did not accept most of the company's objections and directed the Assessing Officer to incorporate its findings in the final order. • The company will evaluate the final order upon receipt and take appropriate action. • No violation(s)/contravention(s) committed by the Company were identified. • Since the final order from the Assessing Officer is awaited, there is no financial or other impact as of date. Impact: Neutral (Procedural development in transfer pricing case; final order pending.)
