• Mr. Vivek Kumar Ratakonda, an unsuccessful Resolution Applicant, has filed an appeal before Hon'ble NCLAT, Chennai bench. • The appeal challenges the orders of Hon'ble NCLT, Hyderabad bench dated September 8, 2026, approving the Resolution Plan of M/s. Innopark (India) Private Limited (“SRA”). • Hon'ble NCLAT, Chennai bench heard the submissions on October 1, 2026 and passed oral orders to maintain status quo as on that date. • Further hearing for submissions of Resolution Professional, Committee of Creditors and Successful Resolution Applicant is scheduled from November 3, 2026 to November 6, 2026. • The matter is adjourned to November 3, 2026.
