V2 RETAIL LIMITED : NETWORK EXPANSION CONTINUES

• Standalone revenue stood at ₹905 Cr in Q2 FY27, vs. ₹705 Cr in Q2 FY26, delivering 28.4% year-on-year revenue growth. • Same-store sales growth (SSSG) was 0.5% in Q2 FY27 on a festival-normalised basis, with monthly Sales per Square Foot (PSF) at ₹700. • Opened 49 new stores (106 in H1 FY27) and closed 3 stores, expanding the retail footprint to approximately 46.28 lakh sq. ft. across 427 stores as of September 30, 2026. • India Ratings upgraded the Company's long-term rating to IND A / Positive from IND A- / Stable in August 2026. • Soft-launched V2Kart e-commerce in September 2026 in Delhi NCR and Lucknow.
