• Mr. Rupinder Singh Arora (DIN: 00043968) has been reappointed as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. August 1, 2026. • Reappointment approved in the 32nd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. • Period of Appointment: Five years commencing from August 01, 2026 and ending on July 31, 2031. • Remuneration: Mr. Arora shall not be paid any remuneration unless separately approved by shareholders. • Other terms and conditions as per existing service rules applicable to Senior Management Personnel. • Mr. Rupinder Singh Arora has over 50 years of experience in real estate, media, and allied businesses. • Ms. Ritika Arora, Non Executive Director is related to Mr. Rupinder Singh Arora.
