• Achieved highest ever half-yearly sales value of ₹58.62 Bn, with 3.76 million sft of area sold across 2,260 units. • SOBHA's share of sales value reached a historic high of ₹48.74 Bn. • Delivered growth over H1 FY26, with sales value increase of 47.2% and sales area by 32.4%. • Bangalore recorded total sales value of ₹33.85 Bn, contributing 57.7% of total sales. • Launched 1.03 million sft of saleable area covering two projects, one each in Calicut and Mysore.
