• Apitoria Pharma Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, is acquiring the Contract Research Services business of A1 Biochem Group. • A1 Biochem USA Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of A1 Biochem Labs (India) Private Limited, has acquired 100% ownership of A1 Biochem Labs LLC. • A1 Labs LLC is engaged in providing contract research and chemistry services. • Acquisition aligns with the company's strategic objective of expanding its presence in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) business. • Cash consideration of USD 15.247 million.
