HAL : ACQUIRES 50% STAKE IN HATSOFF HELICOPTER TRAINING PVT. LTD.
• Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) to acquire 50% stake in HATSOFF Helicopter Training Pvt. Ltd from M/s CAE, Canada. • The acquisition involves 3,84,04,205 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10/- each. • The transaction is at NIL consideration. • Upon transfer, HATSOFF will become a 100% Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of HAL. • HATSOFF is a 50:50 Joint Venture between HAL and CAE, Canada, providing helicopter pilot training.
