• Granules India has incorporated a wholly owned foreign subsidiary in Brazil, named "TRITON FARMACEUTICA DO BRASIL LTDA". • The subsidiary is newly incorporated and has not started its business. • The subsidiary will be engaged in manufacturing, promoting, selling and distributing pharmaceuticals and related products in Brazil.
