• The Assistant Commissioner Office of The State Tax (GST) Bhubneshwar II, Odisha, has rectified the demand proposed in the original Show Cause Notice bearing Ref. No. ZD210926037570H dated September 30, 2026. • The rectified demand, as per Rectification Show Cause Notice No. MA211026001510Z dated October 1, 2026, is Rs. 40,95,59,214.00/- • The company believes the demand is erroneous and not tenable and has substantive grounds to contest it. • The demand does not represent an ascertained liability or an expected financial outflow for the Company. • This intimation will also be available on the Company's website.
