• Members approved the appointment of M/s. Shilpi Sharma & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a period of five years from the conclusion of the 34th AGM until the conclusion of the 39th AGM in 2031. • Members also approved the regularisation of Mr. Prashant Kumar Jha (DIN: 11276931) as an Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years, effective from his initial appointment by the Board. • Details as required under SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI Master Circular are enclosed as Annexure A. • Previous intimation regarding Mr. Jha's appointment was dated September 07, 2026.
