• Arbitral Tribunal rendered an award in the matter of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited. • The Company is evaluating the award and available legal remedies. • Details in accordance with Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as ‘Annexure-A'. • The award concerns arbitration relating to the Amravati Phase-II Project. • A net amount of Rs. 1,70,78,29,532 along with interest on partial amount, is awarded to BHEL.
