No. 43 of 2009 pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati. • The matter relates to proceedings arising out of an order dated 5th November 2008 passed by the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal. • The quantum of liability, if any, is yet to be determined, but it may be material. • Details are enclosed as Annexure-A and Annexure-B.
