• Mr. Ajay Jain appointed as Execution Unit Head (Grid Technologies - Transformers) effective October 5, 2026. • Mr. Jain has over 30 years of experience in the Power Transformers industry, previously with CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, Hitachi Energy India, and GE T&D India. • Mr. Ganesh Nadgouda has ceased to be interim Execution Unit Head (Grid Technologies - Transformers) effective October 4, 2026. • Mr. Nadgouda continues as General Manager - Plant Operations (Grid Technologies - Transformers).
