VARDHMAN TEXTILES : ACQUIRES 26% STAKE IN SERENTICA RENEWABLES INDIA 32 PRIVATE LIMITED
• Vardhman Textiles will acquire a minimum 26% stake in Serentica Renewables India 32 Private Limited as part of agreements for a 40 MW wind plant in Karnataka and a 40MWp/30 MW solar plant in Rajasthan. • The cost of acquisition is Rs. 41.85 Crore. • Purpose is to develop these plants as a captive power project.
