• Bags contract from Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) to provide 48 resources for one year. • Contract value is ~₹1.93 Cr.73 (Rupees One Crore Ninety-Two Lakh Eighty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Six and Seventy-Three paisa only) inclusive of all taxes and duties. • Contract to commence on October 03, 2026 and remain in force until October 02, 2027. • Details as required under SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
