• Refex Holding Private Limited (RHPL) has created a pledge over 4,13,002 equity shares of Refex Industries Limited. • The encumbrance event occurred on 29-09-2026, with the pledge granted to Beacon Trusteeship Limited for the benefit of Vivriti Capital Limited. • The shares represent 0.30% of the total share capital and are for personal use by promoters and PACs. • This pledge is an additional margin pledge, increasing the total pledged shares for Encumbrance No. 1 to 28,71,215 shares. • Post-encumbrance, RHPL holds 3,67,81,772 shares, representing 26.80% of the total share capital.
