GRAVITA: US WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY INCORPORATION APPROVED
• Board of Directors approved incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in the United States of America (USA). • The subsidiary will be named Gravita Recyclers USA Inc. or another name approved under US laws. • It will be incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Gravita India Limited. • The proposed company will engage in the trading of scrap and scrap materials. • Initial capital for the subsidiary is USD 50,000, with Gravita India Limited subscribing 100% in cash.
