• The company has received a letter of acceptance for a new project of construction of two grade separators at Sirsa Gate Chowk Km 295.700 and Khursipar Gate Chowk Km 300.400 of NH-53 Raipur-Durg Four Lane Road in the state of Chhattisgarh on EPC Mode. • The project is awarded by the Government of Chhattisgarh. • The time period for the contract is 18 months. • The broad commercial consideration is Rs. 48,09,74,000 (Rupees Forty-Eight Crore Nine Lakh and Seventy-Four Thousand Only). • There are no promoter or promoter group companies with any interest in the awarded entity. • The project will not fall within related party transactions.
