• Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd acquired an additional 0.79% stake in Indo National Limited. • The consideration was ₹49.90 Lakhs for 355 shares at ₹14,056/- per share. • The acquired entity manufactures, distributes and services Air Monitoring Systems and Air Purifiers. • This increases the total shareholding to 63.07% on a fully diluted basis.
