• The Board discussed fines imposed by NSE and BSE for non-compliance with SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, relating to Board and Committee composition for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. • The company is following up with the Ministry of Railways regarding the vacancy of Independent Directors, including a woman Independent Director. • The company stated it has no role in the appointment of Directors as it is a Government Company. • Several reminder letters have been sent to the Ministry of Railways requesting immediate action on the appointment of Independent Directors. • RVNL reiterates it has no role in the appointment of Directors.
