ARTSON LIMITED : RECEIVES RS 2.46 CR SHIPBUILDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

• Company received Rs. 2,46,18,405/- as 30% of overall Shipbuilding Financial Assistance (SBFA) • The amount is for keel laying milestone completion under the revised Shipbuilding Financial Assistance Scheme (SBFAS) • Payment received from Director General of Shipping (DG Shipping), Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW), Government of India • This payment is related to the Construction and Supply of the Floating Dry Dock (FDD) to M/s. Sadhav Offshore Engineering Private Limited • The receipt of SBFA will have a positive impact on the Company's cash flow
