• Agreement executed with Mission of Mercy Hospital and Research Centre and The Assemblies of God of North India • To operate, manage, direct and control Mission of Mercy Hospital & Research Centre located at 125/1, Park Street, Kolkata – 700017 • Agreement details provided as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/1/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 • Hospital comprises basement, ground floor and six floors with an aggregate area of approximately 63,240.37 sq. ft. with a capacity of 100 beds • Commencement of commercial operations is subject to satisfaction of certain conditions precedent by the respective parties, which may take up to 12 months from the date of execution of the Agreement
