• Sangam (India) Limited acquired approximately 0.97% equity stake in CGE II Hybrid Energy Private Limited. • The acquisition was undertaken to enhance captive renewable power consumption up to 5 MW for the Company's plants. • The transaction involved the acquisition of 47,60,101 equity shares at ₹10/- each for a total cost of ₹4.76 Cr. • CGE II Hybrid Energy Private Limited is a subsidiary of Continuum Green Energy Limited, incorporated on December 2, 2021. • The transaction was completed on 5th October, 2026.
