• The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 14th day of October, 2026 at 3.00 p.m. at the Registered office of the company inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/ Half Year ended on 30th September, 2026. • The trading window for dealing in the Company's share will continue to remain closed for all designated persons from 1st October 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended September 30th, 2026.
