• Garudlaxmi Ventures LLP acquired 18,93,334 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each in Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited • The acquisition represents 4.89% of the post-allotment paid-up equity share capital • Post-acquisition, the aggregate shareholding of the acquirer and persons acting in concert (PAC) in the Target Company has changed to 2,30,31,969 equity shares (59.46%) • The total equity share capital of the Target Company after the acquisition is 3,87,32,836 equity shares
