Shri Rama Kant Singh redesignated as Executive Director (C&O) in E-9 grade w.e.f. 16.09.2026. Shri Rama Kant Singh is an IRTS officer and has worked in Operating, Commercial, Safety and Vigilance department of Railway at various levels at Division, Zonal Head-Quarter and Railway Board. He has also worked in Ministry of Food, Ministry of Heavy Industries and Ministry of Coal. He has done B.E. (Mechanical) and M. Tech.
