• D S Kulkarni Developers Limited acquired 100% of the equity share capital of Westpole Spaces Private Limited. • Westpole Spaces Private Limited became a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company effective October 05, 2026. • The acquisition is not a related-party transaction and is conducted at arm's length. • No governmental or regulatory approvals are required for this acquisition. • The acquisition is expected to lead to business expansion and growth for the company.
