• Mr. Hitesh Kumar appointed Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from October 5, 2026. • Mr. Simarjeet Singh appointed Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with effect from October 5, 2026. • Both appointments are pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. • Details of Mr. Kumar and Mr. Singh are enclosed as Annexure-A. • Mr. Keshav Porwal (Managing Director) and Mr. Pinank Jayant Shah (CEO) are authorized to determine materiality and disclosure to stock exchanges. • Mr. Hitesh Kumar is also authorized to disclose material events/information.
