MARICO LIMITED: ACQUIRES 84.09% STAKE IN SATIYA NUTRACEUTICALS

• Marico Limited acquired an additional 24.09% stake in Satiya Nutraceuticals Private Limited, increasing its aggregate stake to 84.09% on a fully diluted basis. • The current tranche of acquisition was for a consideration of ₹1,012.03 crore. • The aggregate consideration for 84.09% stake stands at ₹1,392.07 crore. • The remaining 14.09% stake is to be acquired in July 2027 for an aggregate consideration of up to ₹592 crore plus additional consideration based on milestones. • Satiya Nutraceuticals owns the brand 'The Plant Fix – Plix', a plant-based nutrition and personal care brand. • For FY23-24, Satiya Nutraceuticals reported a consolidated turnover of ₹155.32 crore.
