ZYDUS LIFESCIENCES : LAUNCHES FIRST GENERIC OF ADEMPAS IN US
• Zydus and MSN announced the launch of Riociguat Tablets (0.5 mg to 2.5 mg) in the United States. • This is the first generic version of Adempas® (riociguat) to be launched in the U.S. market. • The product was developed and is manufactured by MSN. • Riociguat is indicated for adults with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). • The global sales of Adempas® were approximately EUR 745 million (approx. USD 850 million) in 2025.
