• NCLT Chennai allowed the application and directed KSCL & KPL to convene meetings of shareholders and unsecured creditors on Nov 13, 2026. • Meetings are to consider and approve the scheme of amalgamation between KSCL & KPL. • Indian Bank, secured creditor, provided consent, dispensing with meeting of secured creditors. • Scheme remains subject to statutory and regulatory approvals.
