• Thaletec GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary, has transferred 100% shareholding in HLE Surface Technologies GmbH (step-down subsidiary) to HLE International S.à.r.l. (wholly owned subsidiary). • The transaction is effective October 5, 2026. • The restructuring is intended to rationalize and simplify the overall group structure. • Details as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure-A.
