• Company allotted 41,17,160 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at par to eligible RSDPL shareholders. • Also allotted 84,99,592 NCRPS of Rs. 10/- each at par to eligible RSDPL shareholders. • Scheme of arrangement (merger/amalgamation) effective from August 30, 2026. • Allotment approved by Board via circulation on October 05, 2026. • Equity shares to rank pari passu with existing shares; to be listed on BSE. • NCRPS terms include 6% preferential dividend rate, redeemable at par or premium within 20 years.
