• The Assistant Commissioner of Goods & Service Tax and Central Excise, Division-III, Jamshedpur has passed an order dated 30th September, 2026, under Section 74 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 for the Financial Years 2021-22 & 2022-23 • Tax demand of ₹68,72,106/- along with applicable interest and a penalty equivalent to the tax amount for purported excess availment of Input Tax Credit ("ITC") • The company is evaluating the implications and will take appropriate steps, including filing an appeal • The company does not foresee any material impact on financials, operations or other activities Impact: Neutral (Regulatory order for past financial years; company believes demand is not sustainable and will appeal; no material financial impact foreseen)
