• Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund (KMMF) has sold equity shares of J.K. Cement Limited through its Schemes, as per SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. • The sale details are attached in the annexure, in the format prescribed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. • Before disposal, KMMF held 2,467,528 shares, representing 3.1935% of the total share capital. • KMMF sold 304,671 equity shares, reducing its holding to 2,162,857 shares, or 2.7992% of the total share capital. • The disposal was made through an open market transaction on October 01, 2026. • Total equity share capital of J.K.
