• Board approved decision to discontinue NBFC business and surrender RBI Certificate of Registration (CoR) • Company cited continuing negative Net Owned Fund/net worth, nil operational income, NPA classification and provisioning, and funds required for restoration of prescribed NOF • Decision based on overall financial and business viability of continuing NBFC business • CoR remains in force until application is considered and cancellation is communicated by RBI • Proposed surrender is not a delisting of equity shares • Board also approved seeking further extension of time for holding AGM for FY 2025-26 up to December 31, 2026
